这应该是个PP的调查邮件,你的PP应该之前是被封了后再解开的,这是要你反馈意见,我都是大骂它一通的,一般来说金鱼邮件里是不会直接称呼你的名字的,基本都是dear user,dear customer之类的,因为他很难知道PP使用者的真正名字
