What are you using to index forum profile BL ?

Hi guys, I already asked this question in the shoutbox and some of you answered, but I would to know for a bigger part of the community to have an idea ;)

So how are you indexing your forum profiles links ? LV, BIE, BE, other methods, etc...

thats the reason for BE for long term... BE is good for long term indexing....

Sometimes I use what you said, and some times I go crazy and backlink my backlinks, Pyramid style !
keep reading....

let's say we have our $$$ site with 1k backlinks.
1) first : I would do the rss and pinging the whole links.
2) two: run LV on them.
3) three : blast them with another 1k of profile links of xrumer.
4) four: ping all the 3rd step links.

This can take about 24 hours max,
but I've seen good results in the long term with this.
